Twenty thousand reasons to smile

We gamed in the garage. We gamed on couches. We even gamed outdoors in the snow.

The 12th annual Extra Life game day for team #Dominicstrong was a whole lot of fun for a great cause.

The dice roll challenges were a hit, as always. My favourite was probably when Trish and Nicole had to slap each other with tortillas until one of them spat out their mouthful of water. The photo above was from the whole group trying to blow a bubble of gum. Some were more successful than others!

We played so many games. I (Sean) managed to win the Hour That Doesn’t Exist tournament belt for the first time ever, and we were surprisingly resilient even at hour 25 the next morning.

Thanks to everyone who either participated or donated! With your help, and all of the events we did this year, we achieved our US$20,000 team goal.

One more thing: I surreptitiously added a milestone onto my donation page saying that if I met my US$4,000 goal, I’d shave my goatee. Well, Zakk made a donation today which has my total at $3,954. I’m not saying you should, but my razor is ready.
